How U-Haul Reviews WorkCashier knew nothing about the uhaul side. Manager was on an hour and a half lunch break. I was expected to leave my contract and keys and when the manager got back would take care of it. I did not receive an email until the next day with no addl charge and with gas gauge the same as pick up even though the tank was filled to full. Business was dirty and extremely uninviting. Employees knew nothing about the uhaul side so questions could not be answered. Rude and extremely disrespectful. I will never advocate for this business in any level. This business should never be involved in a uhaul experience ever.
JOHN SMake sure the correct key is in the lock box. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with U-Haul to get the correct key/truck combo.

JEFFREY BEnsure better conditions of return key address and set up cameras to ensure no misclaims can be had at the expense of the customer, hire more reliable staff at your locations , ensure all staff are taught ethics and are taught on the job- competence, review possible theft allegations and claims made against this location, review management and lack of customer care at this location
