BRIAN SThe terms were not made clear at all to me. There was no instruction on having to fuel up the vehicle afterwards which then I got charged extra for. Also I was told was to use the app but the app did not work for me so I was left in the dark trying to figure everything out. This was a really bad first experience using u haul
