Wanted to return the truck to a different location because they said there was no room for the return, despite this location being confirmed when I rented. After voicing my displeasure with this situation, it turns out there was room for the return. I can only speculate why they wanted me to bring the return to a different location.
TERRY KThe U-haul location was closed due to the May long-weekend. I was not able to go over the drop-off process with the staff.
Michael GThe debit/master card option did not work. That was a troublesome work around. And if If i picked up on a Sunday. When no one is working, I'm not sure I would of gotten a truck that day. Considering I dnt have another credit card. But the ladies were great, it wasn't there fault. And they resolved it in a quick manner.
