The terms were not made clear at all to me. There was no instruction on having to fuel up the vehicle afterwards which then I got charged extra for. Also I was told was to use the app but the app did not work for me so I was left in the dark trying to figure everything out. This was a really bad first experience using u haul
JESSE BNothing! There was an issue and staff and I handled it maturely and I was left very satisfied with service!
SHANE MOnly suggestion I would make is this... I had a starting problem with this vehicle at the Chilliwack gas station just before dropping it off and waited for two mechanics to drive out from Langley. Apparently they put the vehicle in Neutral and it started. I had tried wiggling the shift lever in park to no avail but didn't think of putting it in neutral. I'm not sure if they had to do something else underneath but might be helpful if the mechanics in such situations would first call the customer before they come out in case that would have been all that was needed to get me mobile. Nice attendant at your Industrial Way location and I appreciated her service! :)
Harold EClerk was friendly enough, but had no idea what was going on. Debit terminal wasnt working...put me in a uhaul reserved for someone else. Then called before id returned the vehicle to tell me the cost...then when I actually returned the vehicle she didnt know what to charge me. Had me waiting 20 minutes, just to be told I should go home, and wait longer...in the end I never received a call back with the amount...and feel like im owed money, because my cash deposit was not returned
