Key box did not work, on phone for a half hour trying a number of codes. Had to get petson on site to come down to open. Poor lighting and awkward. App not easy to use.

had an odd situation involving booking a trailer for a cross provincial move, realizing we didn’t need it 10 min before closing, and going through the whole rigmarole of calling number after number to get it dropped off where we picked it up. all worked out fine in the end, everyone i talked to was extremely friendly and ready to work with me. i recommend this place to anyone dealing with the stress of moving
Alexander FThe trailer I rented was not equipped with a jack. It was tandem axle and had to be lifted onto my truck. It was heavy and would be very difficult for people of limited strength to lift onto the hitch
WAYNE OVery unfriendly and never helped even with the dolly they didn’t even have it in there. I had to go back and then rushing me to be back a certain time when I still have an hour.
