I had great difficulties with the online check-in process. I tried multiple times to take the necessary pictures and upload them but finally gave up after 20 minutes. I had to call to ensure that I did not get charged for an after hours return.

Matt ARented a box truck for 1995A day. Never disclosed that it was a $1.9 cents per mile and told me after the fact that he didn't, or does not need to disclose how much the charge is per. Mile and took a picture of some dust that wouldn't fill up a pan and charge me twenty five dollars for cleanup.For a few pieces of dirt and I left a broom back there, trying to be nice for him.A nicer one than what he had and he said that was inconvenient because he had to take it to the trash.Can it was brand new almost
