The trailer appeared old, and had a bubble in one of the tires. The trailer vibrated so bad that the pin came off and the trailer disconnected on the highway minutes after I picked up the trailer. Fortunately, no one got hurt. I had to wait for roadside, and was instructed to drive the trailer to another location, but I refused. U-haul agreed to pick up the trailer and made arrangements for me to pick up another trailer. After a six hour delay, we were able to continue on our trip. Second trailer was great, along with new location, and the last customer service person was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, it took several calls to get to her.
