This rental started out on a bad note. UH changed my pickup location but did not advise that the new location didn’t open for an hour after my confirmed pick up time. So I called the help line, a little frustrated, and your customer service rep completely calmed with her her good manners, helpfulness, and prompt resolution of my issue. I hope you can identify her because she was an All-Star. Likewise for the manager on duty at the new pickup location. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. So your people turned a bad start into a very satisfactory experience. Kudos to both of them.
