Very easy, allowed me to go out again and fill the gas to the needed level (I had forgotten), unhooked the tow dolly to make that easier. Worked through my extra blanket issue to be sure I wasn't double charged.

Sean was professional, personable and efficient. Picking up and dropping off were both quick and easy which I greatly appreciated as I had a very busy day.
Noel SThis was a drop-off pick-up location only. There were hours on the website that said they were "open" until 5pm. We arrive before 5pm and no one was onsite. The app was COMPLETELY confusing with the drop-off process. I had to make 5+ phone calls to multiple U-Haul numbers to get someone that knew what they were doing to close out the reservation. I have serious concerns with ever working with U-Haul again.
