Make sure the vehicle is working properly. The system said “service advance trac” and we lost cruise control and had to pedal it all the way across the country. Also, the guy was selling lottery tickets while dispatching our vehicle and didn’t even dispatch it properly so U-Haul had to call us later and fix it. I think this location should not have a contract with U-Haul anymore. They are hurting your brand.

PAUL MWe only used the U-Haul for 74 miles but was charged 296miles, poor poor location won’t recommend to anyone.
