How U-Haul Reviews WorkDid not do the paperwork needed to return the trailer. I returned it Thursday 8/20 @10:30 am. I recieved a call from UHaul on Monday 8/24 asking when I was returning the trailer.
Edward BI was told at this location I could drop my uhaul off at a location in Columbus close to where I was moving. Just got my receipt and the charged me for wrong drop off location. I asked them twice if this was ok and my answer was yes! I will be seeing about a refund and not using this location again. When we picked up the uhaul I was put on speaker phone with a man having another conversation while I was trying to get my uhaul. I am just very upset with this experience
Carrie BGentleman who took the drop off was confusing and kept telling me I had to fill up the tank when I only got it on a quarter tank. Then charged me the fuel charge and said it only had an 1/8 in the tank. Dishonest. Sad.
