This is a gas station with a few U-haul’s. The person working didn’t know what to do with the U-haul’s so she had to call someone and everything was handled over the phone. It wasn’t her fault but was a very unprofessional way to conduct business especially when you know the customer’s pick up time. Was told my card would be charged one amount and then was charged two different amounts. Not able to get anything printed or go over anything. Not a good experience.

I was there before the drop off time but was not input into the system until 15 minutes later and so was charged an extra day.

Randy LI rented it form Monday till Thursday but got called and told they would have to pick it up before had if I can’t pay more …. I’m very upset over this and don’t plan on using them again unless they have other locations in my town
