I was told at this location I could drop my uhaul off at a location in Columbus close to where I was moving. Just got my receipt and the charged me for wrong drop off location. I asked them twice if this was ok and my answer was yes! I will be seeing about a refund and not using this location again. When we picked up the uhaul I was put on speaker phone with a man having another conversation while I was trying to get my uhaul. I am just very upset with this experience

Gentleman who took the drop off was confusing and kept telling me I had to fill up the tank when I only got it on a quarter tank. Then charged me the fuel charge and said it only had an 1/8 in the tank. Dishonest. Sad.

Patrick FThis is a gas station with a few U-haul’s. The person working didn’t know what to do with the U-haul’s so she had to call someone and everything was handled over the phone. It wasn’t her fault but was a very unprofessional way to conduct business especially when you know the customer’s pick up time. Was told my card would be charged one amount and then was charged two different amounts. Not able to get anything printed or go over anything. Not a good experience.
KIMBERLIE HI was there before the drop off time but was not input into the system until 15 minutes later and so was charged an extra day.
