The uhaul was absolutely disgusting, cigarettes everywhere in the cab, dirty with food in the back where I’m putting furniture. I payed for gas and now trying to charge 20 dollars for more gas. Driving the truck did not feel safe, the door was broken and I had to slam the door in order for it to stick. This location needs to be inspected , reported or shut down. I payed $80 for a rental that was 19.95 and I drove maybe 15 miles round trip for about 3 hours with a top off where the gas was when I picked it up. I think this location is scamming customers.
Andrea MGive more instructions in person. Text messages don't arrive in time for proper instructions about proper pick up procedures didn't get to my phone until two hours after had picked up.

Chevy LVery unprofessional. I made sure to take off all extra and unnecessary charges and still ended up with safemove. Inaccurate price. Unprofessional to the max. Wouldn’t respond to my messages about U-Haul pricing but texting my mother flirting with her. I will never use this location again and questioning ever using U-Haul again. Completely unacceptable. They took all day to return my deposit back when he said it’d only be a couple hours. Don’t recommend, dissatisfied and left a nasty taste in my mouth for U-Haul.
