On june 2026 a woman came into this U-Haul dealership with all of my information and rented a U-Haul under my account . This dealership accepted her drivers license and her credit card, but rented the U-Haul under my name as the primary driver. This was fraudulent. It was either an inside job. Or they’re an idiot and didn’t compare the name on the drivers license with the name on the account of the person that was driving. Be very careful. This place is shady.

The ac was completely out in the truck we rented and it was 90 degrees out. Made for a miserable trip
Anthony HNo one was available at location for pick-up. It was unclear what we were supposed to do. It was just a gas station and the attendant was not helpful. There was no dolly in truck when I reserved one and I almost left before checking that it was not in there. At first in the end it said I had driuven 49 miles which I know was not correct. Somehow it was corrected but it got me more unneccassily aggrivated when it said that. I will NEVER go to this location again.
David DThey couldn’t locate keys after waiting almost an hour for someone to come out to release truck, since your server was slow again on the app. My experience delayed me from meeting up with someone helping me with my sofa. My original plan was to make one trip to my storage & wound up making two trips. Double miles & gas for U-Haul delays. I should receive a discount. Caused me to work late getting everything into storage.
STEPHEN LIt was a new experience with the uploading and all but the staff were very helpful and very polite. I definitely will use again if needed.
