Disaster!If I owned the uhaul company,I would have given a free rental to whoever had to go through the events I had.I am a continuous and regular customer who has always been a devoted customer. But uhaul has to better their responsibilities and appreciation of their customers when their places of business create such confusion and sloppiness.UHAUL YOU AS A WHOLE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN A VOUCHER FOR THE TROUBLE I HAD TO GO THROUGH!
