Update your MPG to be accurate and charge market rates for gasoline and not overinflated made up rates to profit off of people's fatigue at the end of a hard journey.

My poor mother had to wait 2hours in order to receive the U-Haul...then the payment was charged multiple times on to my account, which thank goodness was refunded. But all in all in was a horrible experience. Never again will I rent a truck online.

The smoker who had the truck before me left it stinking. Not the dealers fault. I left it cleaner than I found it. Some people are slobs.

Friendly and efficient. Would rent from them again.

The cab of the truck was disgustingly filthy. No one had cleaned it from the previous use. Pet hair, spilled drinks, sticky steering wheel. The storage area of the truck was not swept out. They did not have my appliance dolly or pads at the site when I picked up the truck. I had to travel to the local U-Haul center for the dolly and pads and they swept and mopped the storage area. I would not recommend this site to anyone to pick up a truck. The fuel tank was only 1/2 full when I picked the truck up.

I realize the truck I rented was returned late but at least it could have been swept out by the previous renter. Everytime I rent a U-Haul, I sweep it out before I return it. The people I dealt with while renting the U-Haul were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Was over charged on day of pick up but was corrected when equipment was returned.

Uhaul was beyond filthy and completely gross. Spiderwebs, cig ashes all over cab. Stench that even odaban wouldn't get out. Exhaust fumes constantly burning eyes. Had to have windows down due to fumes and improperly working AC. Ac wouldn't blow while accelerating; only while coasting or parked. Tire was bald. Felt like wheels were going to fly off when hitting a bump. Three truck off to side when hitting a bump on highway.

It took over an hour to get this truck. The lady was confused and did not know how to operate the system. She was unsure of how to input our address and license numbers in the system. After many failed attempts, she had to call another individual to help. It was a VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE and I would NEVER go back to them.

Explain the pricing and the cost in mileage before renting. I was under the impression that the cost of the rental was $19.95. It wasn't until I was returning it when they slapped me with a $103.09 bill. No one explained anything to me nor did they directme to the right location for the rental.

Teach the owner at Larrys Service Station some customer service skills and how to use a computer. I was there for 45min watching him try to confirm my reservation, then he didnt even help me back up to the trailer, hook up the trailer correctly, and make sure everything was working properly, ( pass. side light wouldn't work) never again will i use a uhaul dealer

Have a person there that knows what to do! My friend received a warning for no running lights .and we had to stay there until day light. But first we had a reservation at Morgantown and we arrived and there was no trailer, so than after an hour they found one but it was 40 miles back from where we came from and then come all the way back. This put us loading a car in the dark, which I think is unsafe.the attended told me that I did not know how rental works ,ok well first of all if they were doing there job they would have realized that there was no trailer and called me to stop at Clarksville to pick up a trailer and maybe everything would have worked out except for no running lights. I am so disappointed in uhaul I can't even try to explain how much. A trip that should have taken 10 hours, took us 24 hours! !!! And the 50 dollar credit don't even come close to making this right.
