How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was filthy inside. (Something spilled all over the floor, smelled bad, food particles on the dash, not clean at all inside) The windshield wipers were shot, and would not clear the windshield. The air conditioner would only blow from windshield vents, causing glass to fog. The business was very helpful with rental, although the truck was not ready as promised, and they had to find us a truck. If there would have not been an employee in the repair shop after hours, we would not have had the rental truck as promised for our move that day! Before I returned the truck to the establishment, I did sweep out cargo area, filled gas tank, was returned 1 hour before end of rental agreement, and with less mileage than what was quoted. This truck rental was the worst truck I have ever rented from U - Haul. Again the establishment was very helpful with the rental.

RACHELLE LThe worst experience ever and I've rented a lot over the years. Just the absolute worst. You need to close this location. It's something and the people are like a scene out of deliverance. Ripped of not refunded like they said they would. Never again and I will make sure everyone around knows how bad this location is. You should be ashamed to just give 30 dollars back. Absolutely
