Attendant was not there at the scheduled pick-up time and for not the grace of god, an older gentleman was closing up shop at 2:15P and was able to get the keys from a lockbox and handed them to me and walked away. My reservation was supposed to be done in person but somehow got mixed up with mobile reservation. AND, after close scrutiny of my receipt, it appears I was charged for rental items I did not ask for have in the truck when I picked it up.

The auto transporter should have the front wheel straps like they used to have the single strap does not stay on very well

David FFirst of all, she didn’t even know if she had what I reserved in the first place. second off the office smells like cigarettes in the building. Third they are totally rude and on their phone handling personal matters while I’m trying to get my uhual and go. And now you’re trying to say that I brought the Uhaul back with less gas than I got it when I know damn well I put more gas in it than it had when I got it so she put an extra charge on me. Not cool
