I was charged for 7 gallons of gas , when I put gas in it before I returned it. I used it from 11;30 am and returned it around 3:30 pm, $158:00 for 4 hrs. Not using U -Haul again. People I dealt with were very nice.
David SGentleman who assisted me unhitching the trailer from my truck was friendly and accommodating. I believe he worked for the car dealership with which this Uhaul location is associated. Excellent service!
Eric WAttendant was not there at the scheduled pick-up time and for not the grace of god, an older gentleman was closing up shop at 2:15P and was able to get the keys from a lockbox and handed them to me and walked away. My reservation was supposed to be done in person but somehow got mixed up with mobile reservation. AND, after close scrutiny of my receipt, it appears I was charged for rental items I did not ask for have in the truck when I picked it up.
