The worst experience ever and I've rented a lot over the years. Just the absolute worst. You need to close this location. It's something and the people are like a scene out of deliverance. Ripped of not refunded like they said they would. Never again and I will make sure everyone around knows how bad this location is. You should be ashamed to just give 30 dollars back. Absolutely

Drop off Gentleman was very helpful nice
Steven MThe gentleman that assisted me was very nice but I turned in the truck a day early and he told me that would refund me a day of use. He told me this without me even asking for it or bringing it up, and then they proceeded to charge me even more. Don’t bring up refunding me and then not do it.
