The personnel didn't inform me of not having appliance dollies until I was at the appointment. I was supposed to get a phone call before my appointment, according to the email, which never happened. They didn't explain the drop off process.

The fuel was said to be full but was at 3/4 - we didn't make the discovery until we had already made it 1 mile down the road and couldn't come back. We had to return it on full, so that was an extra $15 in gas by my calculation. It's the weekend so we couldn't let anyone know. We took a photo of the fuel point and mile marker. We would like the issue addressed and a reimbursement please. Very nice people in the office though.
