If the location says a truck is there then should be there but the location I put the first time called me and said they had 2 trucks my size so idk what the problem was there

The system must have had a glitch because it was not showing that I was supposed to return uhaul at this location. I’m glad I had my paperwork with me if not i was informed there would be a charge.

BRIAN HThe location was fine and no issues. However, it took an hour and several calls to uhaul to actually pick up the truck. The app was not working and this was a terrible experience.
