The location was fine and no issues. However, it took an hour and several calls to uhaul to actually pick up the truck. The app was not working and this was a terrible experience.

Luz BWe had a major issue with our original pick up in Hopkinsville (the location didn’t have a truck for us). The regional manager got involved and really worked hard to make this situation right and she saved the day! Sadly, UHaul pick up locations are the “face” of your company and when they are dirty, don’t have your order and have broken down equipment in their lots it reflects poorly in your company.
