Everything was great and came with excellent customer service
Only issue to address would be the Dropbox. On the Dropbox it clearly states on the front “Dropbox for checks/money orders only†but there was no other drop box. On the side of the box there was a uHaul sticker mentioning mobile drop off. That was pointed out when I called the after hours number but it would have been nice to not have even worried about conflicting information. Other than that, the mobile drop off for after hours was great, and we did get clarification with the Dropbox.
