Hello, I rented a truck earlier but the back door was not properly maintained and it got stuck. Because of that, the door would not close and I had to return the truck without being able to complete what I needed to do. I was already charged for that rental, and since the truck was not usable, I filed a claim so the charge can be removed. I need the refund or the charge reversed so I can rent another truck and complete my move. Please let me know when the charge will be removed or how we can resolve this so I can rent a truck again. Thank you.

I returned the truck after an hour of having it and the uhaul representative said the system was down so he couldn’t put it in the system. He wait till 1:03 to submit the truck returned. I took photos with timestamps
