TIFFANY BThe truck only had 20,000 mi on it so it was very clean and ran great. The representative that checked me out was very helpful and friendly. The return was easy, using the app with the exception of the lack of internet in the parking lot. That has nothing to do with the U-Haul provider but the internet provider for that area.
