GEORGE LRenting a Uhaul was a great experience here. I had to add an extra and it was a smooth and easy process. Pick up and drop off was as well. I am truly grateful.
Alexus BThis location allowed the trailer that I reserved to be picked up a day early by someone other than me. They also used my credit card to pay for the trailer (I have been assured a refund). This means that someone else was riding around with a trailer in my name. When I got there to pick up the trailer I rented it was not there. They rent me a trailer it turns out had be promised to someone else, but they rented it to me anyway. The one they rented me was a motorcycle trailer, which suited me fine. But as it turned out they sent the other customer to a different location that did not have a trailer that fit his motorcycle. What a mess!! I will not be using this location in the future.
