How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe lady had no clue how to handle anything. Kept trying to sell me boxes that I didnt need. Didn't know how to use the computer (she's the owner) box truck had no gas, and was filthy inside. This is my second experience with this location and had tge same experience each time. WAS JUST AWEFULL.
john cI was not given a written or digital contract to sign. I was charged the safe move option which I was not asked to choose, and was charged a 20$ return after hours fee which I was not informed about.
Dan NI didn’t like having to take pictures of the vehicle and trying to fill out the on line form to upload the pictures. Y’all should do that as part of the service!
