This is uhaul not the specific location: - trailer return was 9am thursday. I dropped it off 1:37pm on wednesday ( early ). UHaul doesn't send receipt until mid thursday morning. this delay is this causes the renter ( me ) to worry "was it processed?", "am i going to get charged extra?". Receipt should be sent immediately upon return. - trailer lug bolts ( not nuts ) were completely crusted with rust. made me really suspicious of how when the last time the wheel bearings were greased.
