Disappointed that neither the basic dolley or a furniture dolley were available.

LaTasha SMake sure that the trucks are running smoothly. Everytime the truck came to a red light, and been stopped for to long, the truck kept turning off and we had to restart it. I called the place back and the man told me he didn’t know there was a problem with the truck and to call the service line, but I didn’t have time to do that because we were in the process of moving to another city. Plus I was also told before getting into the truck, the truck was suppose to be at half full and it wasn’t. It was almost on E.
jakeya k"Chuck" is a delightful person with which to deal. He was helpful and despite not making any money on the transaction took his time to explain the check in procedure. He is a good face for U-Haul.
