The drop off point was CLOSED early and they made me do the drop off @ THAT location after going to a U-HAUL that was OPEN only to get turned away because customer care put me on HOLD for an HOUR!! & NEVER Changed my drop off point!! Then their app couldn't find my location even though i had my location ON! THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE SUCKED!!!!

Van had a full tank of gas, was brand new, very clean, and the Uhaul manager was very pleasant, professional and the UHaul areas inside clean and comfortable while I waited to get the van. Very impressed with Managers’s attention to details. I will rent here again anytime! Best Uhaul experience in years!

RUTH FPick up and drop off of the truck was easy, fast, and the customer service was great. Plus there are two gas stations across the street for refueling the truck.
