I didn’t know it was closed that day. Very isolated area for a woman to have to download and app, take pictures, supply my ID and credit card etc. The truck was filthy outside and I could not see thru the front and side windows. The dolly and mattress pads were not in the truck as I ordered. And no one was there to help. I was new to town so I had no idea how to get help. Shall I go on?

When I chose this location & time to drop off, I wanted to a customer service representative. This location stated that they offered that for the date & time I dropped it off. When I got there, that wasn't the case. no answer at the door. No one answered my phone call. No one returned by VM as of today. I had to go through the self-drop off procedure, which I hate to do. I then never received a confirmation email that my return was complete other than this email asking for a survey response.
