I had trouble getting the location services usable on the website. I had to download the app in order to be able to return the truck - which is ridiculous since I couldn't use the app to pick up the truck and had to use the website for that. Having to return the truck when the location is closed for business also is ridiculous since then there is no one to ask for assistance.

Beth MThere was nobody there, so the "was personnel helpful" question should also have N/A option. Not the nicest place to drop off, but it was very convenient from where I was coming from and lockbox was easily accessible.
