The app system to pick up and drop off is glitchy and a nightmare. I had to call the help line and wait on hold for 10 mins three different time. I will never do that again. And the original truck I was supposed to pick up was blocked in. So I had to go to another location. It was so frustrating! I will rent somewhere else next time.

This was my worst experience ever . No one was here and no one answered the phone number given . I ended up having to call another location to help me . I would NEVER do this again . This whole process took about and hour and a half to finally get on the road with the truck .
