Was not sufficiently able verbally explain and go over the contract in an understandable way. Technical understanding and verbal skills don't coordinate to a smooth experience for customers. Did not provide ANY paper documentation; even when requested. I went under the mileage estimate. The vehical was returned in 2.5 hours. I was not shown ANY onscreen final cost estimate when vehicle was returned. This is a very shady way of doing business. Potential for fraudulent charges and more. I do not recommend this location. Bad professional demeanor.
