I had a pick up time of 8 a.m. confirmed reservation. When I arrived I was told the truck would not be there until 11. Ended up having to pay for extra day!

Cab could be cleaned out between renters.
Hal LThe location was great. We had no issues. HOWEVER, U-Haul, as a company, needs to do better. My account is overdrawn because the full $186 was held on the day we picked up the equipment, but then I was charged again for the actual total of $125. The U-Haul representative said the hold should fall off and be credited back to my account within 3-5 business days, but that does NOTHING for my account because I will have accrued an overdraft fee by then. Since my hold was greater than the final amount due, I should NOT have been charged again. The only time a customer should ever be charged at final drop off is if the total due exceeds the previously held amount. DO BETTER U-HAUL!!
Jessica CIt was raining when I picked truck up. It had water in the back and I assumed it was leaking. Turns out it was urine. Disgusting!!! Turned the truck in early. Guy behind the counter did not seem to understand when I told him.
