The dropoff location is a gas station which is fine BUT when I returned the key, the gentleman at the counter didn't say anything about where to park or what to do. I also didn't get an alert that it was dropped off for more than 24 hours.

There was broken glass all over the back of the truck. I'm almost positive I was overcharged also.
Jennifer SI I had to rent a U-Haul truck for 2 days because I was told by six diffrent agents that the storage unit I reserved was eligle for the first free month and turns out it wasn’t so I racked extra miles and then had to end up getting a diffrent unti from another company! Nobody gives the same answer anytime I called! I will NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN
Michael BI put gas in the truck right before I returned it. When I got it, it was half full. When I returned it, it was 3/4 full. But I was still charged for fuel. I've always used uhaul. So this is very upsetting.
