The location was great. We had no issues. HOWEVER, U-Haul, as a company, needs to do better. My account is overdrawn because the full $186 was held on the day we picked up the equipment, but then I was charged again for the actual total of $125. The U-Haul representative said the hold should fall off and be credited back to my account within 3-5 business days, but that does NOTHING for my account because I will have accrued an overdraft fee by then. Since my hold was greater than the final amount due, I should NOT have been charged again. The only time a customer should ever be charged at final drop off is if the total due exceeds the previously held amount. DO BETTER U-HAUL!!
Jessica CIt was raining when I picked truck up. It had water in the back and I assumed it was leaking. Turns out it was urine. Disgusting!!! Turned the truck in early. Guy behind the counter did not seem to understand when I told him.

MICHAEL PThe dropoff location is a gas station which is fine BUT when I returned the key, the gentleman at the counter didn't say anything about where to park or what to do. I also didn't get an alert that it was dropped off for more than 24 hours.
