It was after hours. One of the parking lots was gated close with no clear signage to direct us to the other lot. Also U-Haul changed our drop off location with little to no heads up and then charged for the extra mileage to drive to the further location than we had selected when we made the rental.

Tom MPlease note....there was no personnel on site at the drop off location. The U-Haul app instructed us through the drop off process. It was very easy to use and follow. Easy-Peasy! ....even for a old lady like me who fumbles with apps all the time!
