The gentleman was very nice but did not seem to want to go through all the checks before leaving. I had to ask him to check the brake lights. Other than that, all was well!

Very friendly and helpful staff on both ends

CHAD MIt was after hours. One of the parking lots was gated close with no clear signage to direct us to the other lot. Also U-Haul changed our drop off location with little to no heads up and then charged for the extra mileage to drive to the further location than we had selected when we made the rental.
