They need to know when a person actually drops of the UHaul and not charge them for extra days when it didn't happen. I spent a lot of time getting $58 refunded. It was the principle and a waste of my time with multiple calls.

Other than location, it was fine.
Travis DThe staff was very friendly, but when I went to drive off in the truck, the windshield was very dirty & covered in dead bugs and the can smelled horrible like horse feces & pee. I was in a time cruch, so I didnt say anything to the store employees, but they really need to clean their trucks better. I wont rent from them again.
