I had to pick up from place farther away and I ended up short on miles for my one way trip. So I was charged $31. I feel I should be refunded for those miles

JENNIFER PRight tail light wasn't working on the car dolly. The staff was excellent and equipment great otherwise.
Wayne MWe had to call and get assistance with the app to check in the truck. Totally unaware that we had to do that. Thankful the guy at 800-number was super helpful in getting our location turned on to use the app for check-in. Great service there for sure!
