everything worked as it should have. i didn't have any issues and the staff was accommodating when i forgot the keys to my car and had to drive the truck back to the house. i didn't give excellent rating due to the fact the uhaul associate told me I may be charged more money for going over allotted time. when asked how much i would be charged, the associate would not give me a cost or definate yes or no if i would be charged. i was really stressed but had no choice but to drive the truck. in and the end i didn't get charged. the associate has worked with Uhaul for years and she could has eased my stress by telling me her professional experience when its happened in the past. again, overall, it was s very good experience.

JOAN CI would look at creating a drop off spot, it was confusing where to park it, but very easy to spot and access.
