Donald WI don't know if it can be improved, but using the App to get the truck took quite a bit. It would be great if it could be made easier to use. Otherwise, everything else was good.
Brett RVery unorganized. The lady was nice but the process was a mess caused double booking, double payment and having to track down a different truck in a different location.
Jaclyn RThe whole event was great with the exception of the final bill which I was charged an additional $20 due to exceeding a “mileage limit”? The agent set this trip up but mistakenly set the origin & destination points incorrectly using the truck pickup points rather than my actual origin & destination. When I called UHaul, I files a complaint, hopefully this will get resolved as the issue was not my fault?
