Though I understand why the customer, me, needs to be responsible for borrowing your product, the extra time and effort I had to put in prior to driving away and then after dropping it off was excessive. I’m sure it costs you a great amount of money each year in customer errors, it was almost like you didn’t want me to rent a truck. I suppose if everyone is now asking the customer to take multiple pics before and after, we’ll have to live with it, but it was inconvenient for me while it was raining. That being said, I felt U-Haul made it simple to understand, but I do wonder what happens to people, especially the elderly, who don’t have a smartphone. I appreciated the service at the establishment I rented the truck from, but I hope you will consider ways to make the pre and post rental time shorter and less of a hassle to the customer. Thanks.
