I don't know if it can be improved, but using the App to get the truck took quite a bit. It would be great if it could be made easier to use. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Very unorganized. The lady was nice but the process was a mess caused double booking, double payment and having to track down a different truck in a different location.
Jaclyn RThe whole event was great with the exception of the final bill which I was charged an additional $20 due to exceeding a “mileage limit”? The agent set this trip up but mistakenly set the origin & destination points incorrectly using the truck pickup points rather than my actual origin & destination. When I called UHaul, I files a complaint, hopefully this will get resolved as the issue was not my fault?

CAROL LThe lock boxes after hours were covered in baggies. The snow from the roof was melting and dripping right where you had to stand and fiddle with the lock boxes. It seemed the boxes were mounted upside down. This was not an easy process. The staff I had contact with was amazing. I called a few times and always had a very pleasant and professional conversation.
