The Uhaul truck we rented was an older model and the AC was not as efficient as a newer model may have been. Having newer trucks for rentals with power windows and a better AC, especially during hot summer months would be beneficial for customers.

KENNETH WI thought I booked for $0.99/mile, but found out at the end of the rental that there is a weekend charge of $1.29. Most people move on the weekends, so that is taken advantage of the customers or price gouging during peak times.
ELEISA WI reserved 2 Dollies and there weren’t any. Also the website would not let me check in so I had to go inside
