Trailer was older and did not pull well. Had rust on it and when I returned it got a 25.00 cleaning fee after I cleaned it out. I have been rent from the Warsaw location for weeks now and have never had a problem

Increase the speed on your trucks. A 3 hour 15 minute trip took over 4 hours driving 55/60 mph when most Interstate speed is 70mph. There was a lot of wasted time.

I was charged for a dolly that was not available. I rented one from the actual rental company, paid for it and was still charged $10 for uhauls.

Very displeased with how one of the workers talked to me. Charged 25$ for 2 roaches in vehicle when vehicle wasn't checked for 2 days. Guy told me to check my furniture and even said it could of been from last people that used it.

Only one over worked attendant! One man to answer phones, clean & service ( or not) U-Haul vehicles, man the front desk for rental equipt as well as uhauls! All uhauls I was to rent were dirty! No time to check or clean!

The 6 x 12 dual axle enclosed trailers need to have a tongue jack. The tongue weight is too heavy for individuals to lift on to a hitch.

The air conditioner was not working properly. If you are driving under 45 mpg the air was cool, once you got up to 55 or 60 the truck was blowing warm air.
