I went to pick up my truck at the 102 Underwood location and no one was there to give me keys. i went to Grand Equipment where I was only supposed to get the trailer to let them know I wouldn't have a way to pick up the trailer as the trailer was to be picked up with the truck. They were able to provide me with another 20' truck and was on my way. I was about to be really disappointed and they were able to save the day.
