Honestly, I was disappointed when… #1- The original reservation was shifted to this location. Ironically, there were 4 or 5 of these RXACT SAME sized trucks at the original pickup point. #2- My order was supposed to include 12 Moving Blankets. NOPE. 😣 Granted, the agent took them from the bill. But, maybe a suggestion like…”They’re unavailable here. Let me check the location where you were originally scheduled to pick up.” The TPMS light stayed illuminated for the entirety of the rental(luckily only 3 hours) I know U-Haul can do better. I’ve rented from you folks for twenty years.

Its convenient having the location just took longer than expected. The person at the location was nice and friendly just didnt seem to know what he was doing. Stated he was just helping out while the owners were out of town.

SHERRY KI was told I couldn’t return truck, I had no car to get back where they said I had to take it. It was returned early, I was still charged the second day when uhaul representative said I wouldn’t. The return was awful, staff tried to avoid me and should probably make sure the customer isn’t outside in earshot. Total shit show.
