I was told I couldn’t return truck, I had no car to get back where they said I had to take it. It was returned early, I was still charged the second day when uhaul representative said I wouldn’t. The return was awful, staff tried to avoid me and should probably make sure the customer isn’t outside in earshot. Total shit show.

I’ve gone to this location to drop off twice. The first time I was told to “put the trailer over there” by the man in the office with no other assistance. Thankfully a woman arrived to help. Second time the man came out and was very frustrated about my dropping off the truck. He told me to “take it to one of the other places” but couldn’t tell me where-he meant an entirely different city. He had me talk to his son on the phone and the. A woman came again and told me they’d take care of it. I’ll definitely choose another drop off in the future.
