It wasn’t clean. In the box was dirty and in the cab was dirty. The gas was on 1/4 tank. Could have started out w atleast a half of tank to start the move off in a good note.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTook several people, phone calls and 40 minutes to get reserved truck. Returned the truck over an hour early and check in was marked 4:08. This was frustrating and I'm paying for this time? Owner does not seem to communicate with staff. Would recommend other location.
Mary MThis location was a run down dirty motel. The truck smelled terrible and the cab was filthy and full of dog hair. Will never rent from this location again.
chelsea rNo one around upon arrival yet they were open. I got charged for 1/2 rank of gas and it was full and I can’t get ahold of anyone at the location. I want my money back.
TIMOTHY HMake sure the trailers don't leak.
