This location was a run down dirty motel. The truck smelled terrible and the cab was filthy and full of dog hair. Will never rent from this location again.

No one around upon arrival yet they were open. I got charged for 1/2 rank of gas and it was full and I can’t get ahold of anyone at the location. I want my money back.

Brad bPick up experience was horrible. First, this is not the location we were supposed to pick up at. It got changed. This location is a half hour further so cost us more money. The location was supposed to be open, yet nobody was there. I called the phone number on the door. The lady that answered told me to call a difffrent number. That person didn’t answer. When they finally showed up, it took about 20 minutes to leave. While getting the truck, the person also couldn’t find the dolly we rented. He had us go look through the other trucks to see if there was one there. I would never use this location again.
Madysen NIt seemed like a very seedy location , no response when ringing the buzzer for assistance, no one around on the grounds so we just park the truck and put the keys in a box.
