Honestly, I was disappointed when… #1- The original reservation was shifted to this location. Ironically, there were 4 or 5 of these RXACT SAME sized trucks at the original pickup point. #2- My order was supposed to include 12 Moving Blankets. NOPE. 😣 Granted, the agent took them from the bill. But, maybe a suggestion like…”They’re unavailable here. Let me check the location where you were originally scheduled to pick up.” The TPMS light stayed illuminated for the entirety of the rental(luckily only 3 hours) I know U-Haul can do better. I’ve rented from you folks for twenty years.
ERIC NIts convenient having the location just took longer than expected. The person at the location was nice and friendly just didnt seem to know what he was doing. Stated he was just helping out while the owners were out of town.
