THOMAS FI have rented from this location several times. The equipment has often been in disrepair. Recently I rented a vehicle dolly. One of the taillights was completely inoperative. It was the only one they had and I was desperate for it, so I took it. They were fine letting it be rented in this condition. On this most recent rental I reserved a vehicle trailer. One of the 4 tires was completely flat. Not only did they not offer to remedy this for me, I had to insist that they provide the money for the pay air compressor on site. I only rent from this location if none nearby have what I need.
CHAD MWe are in our 70s & the guy would not help us hook it up. A customer in the store helped us. Terrible place & no customer service. Close them down.
