I was told on the phone that I would be charged 1day rental for the weekend as long as it was back on their lot by Monday morning. When I went to pick up the dolly I was told I would have to pay for every day I had it. I needed it for Saturday, but they are not open for business during the weekend. Insurance was also added without my right to refuse the insurance. I was charged 105m dollars when I had rented a dolly and transported a similar vehicle for 49 dollars. By telling me on the phone I would be charged one day I had already told the dealership I would be there just before they closed on Friday. I didn't have time to go to another dealer. They would not honor what they told me. I was overcharged 55dollars and they tried to force me to take a trailer saying that I couldn't pull the dolly with my truck. I explained that I had used a dolly with this vehicle just a few months prior. I was finally given the dolly but had to have it back the next morning I only needed it for a 25-mile trip but the person I got the vehicle from was only there sat evening. I consider this treatment bait and switch as for as adding insurance without giving a right to refuse it, is just wrong. Also, I am a senior and this makes me more likely to being cheated.

The inside of the trailer was extremely dirty. Looked like last rental was hauling asphalt material in it and marked up furniture.

DEBRA GThey cancelled after we already had the trailer. Charged me for a cleaning fee after equipment was dirty when picked up. I was charged double and I'm not sure why. Dean at Coalgate storage yelled at me and cussed at me when I was trying to figure out why I was being charged $90 for a $30 trailer. I will absolutely never use this company again.
