Make sure that rental extensions are updated for all involved. Only require renters to return the item to the closest turn in point to the address that the trailer is going to be used.

it was a dirt lot with no signage. no personnel present. only knew it was the right spot because of GPS and other uhaul trailers. keys went in a drop box. no one to inspect the truck and acknowledge that it was full of gas and not damaged. very different than the pick up process.

QUIANDEL SThere wasn't anyone there. The place was for sale. We put in our navigation other U-Hall locations and drove to the one closest to the initial drop off we were supposed to go to. It was a nightmare. I took us over 2 hours to clear everything up. Were charged for running over our time and using more gas. We paid the extra payment, but we shouldn't have. Will never use U-Hall again.
