it was a dirt lot with no signage. no personnel present. only knew it was the right spot because of GPS and other uhaul trailers. keys went in a drop box. no one to inspect the truck and acknowledge that it was full of gas and not damaged. very different than the pick up process.

Fix the app.... It took like an hour to pick up and n drop off didn't show until I made phone calls and the app just now updated... 27 hrs later.. but the truck was very nice and newer then most

QUIANDEL SThere wasn't anyone there. The place was for sale. We put in our navigation other U-Hall locations and drove to the one closest to the initial drop off we were supposed to go to. It was a nightmare. I took us over 2 hours to clear everything up. Were charged for running over our time and using more gas. We paid the extra payment, but we shouldn't have. Will never use U-Hall again.
JUDALINE MI was supposed to have a dolly, but there wasn’t one in the truck. There was no one at Next Level Rentals to help me with this issue. The business was closed even though their website said they were open.
