First and foremost, your online reservation experience is fragmented and dishonest. I go online, reserve a trailer from my chosen location, enter all my information, and receive confirmation that my reservation has been submitted. Then, I receive a call informing me that my referred location doesn’t have the trailer I thought I reserved. Customer support then suggests an alternate location that I’m unfamiliar with. I don’t know how far it is from me. I ask customer support, but they don’t know, so I have to look it up myself. It turns out to be a 30-minute drive from my original location. Then, I go there and have to download the app and complete the reservation myself on my phone. If you have the customer do 99% of the reservation work themselves, make the technology smarter and more accurate. Next, I ask to change the drop-off location. After 15-20 minutes on hold, transferred, and put on hold again, someone tells me that it would cost me $500 to change the drop-off location or my $75 rental fee. Do the math. It’s obnoxious and downright greedy. It costs you nothing, and the customer does all the work themselves anyway, but you want to charge and penalize the customer six times more to do what? You suck. You’re greedy, and unfortunately, we’re stuck with you because you’re an oligopoly.

The equipment is stored in the equivalent of a salvage yard, both during pickup and drop off the entire location was unattended and the business phone number unable to connect to a real person. Would never use that Uhaul location again
Anthony DTruck was clean and ran well. Pickup process was a bit stressful but no fault of Next Level Rentals. It would be much easier to pay upfront or after drop off, but the app is to complicated. I will use this service again though.
Charles DMake sure that rental extensions are updated for all involved. Only require renters to return the item to the closest turn in point to the address that the trailer is going to be used.
hershel git was a dirt lot with no signage. no personnel present. only knew it was the right spot because of GPS and other uhaul trailers. keys went in a drop box. no one to inspect the truck and acknowledge that it was full of gas and not damaged. very different than the pick up process.
