There wasn't anyone there. The place was for sale. We put in our navigation other U-Hall locations and drove to the one closest to the initial drop off we were supposed to go to. It was a nightmare. I took us over 2 hours to clear everything up. Were charged for running over our time and using more gas. We paid the extra payment, but we shouldn't have. Will never use U-Hall again.

I was supposed to have a dolly, but there wasn’t one in the truck. There was no one at Next Level Rentals to help me with this issue. The business was closed even though their website said they were open.
