The person at the Cobble Hill location was helpful as I picked up the truck. However the overall U-Haul experience was a bit less than hoped. I booked the truck nearly a month ahead of time to pick up in Victoria, but was notified a couple of days before pick up that one would not be available there, and I would have to go to Cobble Hill to get the truck (a distance of 50 km each way)...a bit of a hassle that I could have done without.
