Extremely busy at pick up and only had 1 person on. Had to stand in line for 30 minutes, and I was second in line. Drop off also took approximately 30 minutes. At drop off the 1 person working was also doing check out safety checks on outbound trailer rental the had light issues. Need more staff in the right places at the right time. In the future will most likely deal with another site.

CDA U-haul is a class act!! Do NOT go anywhere else for your needs like I did.....big mistake but this location set the standard for me!! No need to ever go anywhere else again.

Non-skid paint would work well on motorcycle trailers metal flooring. I almost lost my bike due to wet flooring. Thank you for your consideration... Paul L Bender

the expences was way far beyone what I had been quoited, and the mileage was no way near what was actually driven... I don't think I will be using U.Haul in the future nor recumminging in the future.

Speed it up. It took about a half an hour to pick up the truck we rented. A few other customers picking up at same time, but took way longer than it should. Dropping off truck took about 15 min. with no other customers there. Should have taken 5min. or less.

Imagine walking through a grocery store, and every time you put something in your cart, employees appear out of nowhere --sort of like playing whack-a-mole with a bunch of garden gnomes -- and if you don't whack 'em quick enough they dump additional products into your cart! By the time you get through checkout, I'm guessing you'd be pretty upset. Well, that is exactly what U-Haul is doing with their website checkout process. They push additional products HARD with no respect for the user. I don't mind a gentle nudge, something like "Can we help you with some moving supplies?" I can understand. But loading my cart for me -- that's wrong. My second beef is that their insurance pricing is a rip-off. U-Haul knows that most people (and most insurance agents) won't write a rider for a personal policy, to add extra coverage for a day, so U-Haul takes advantage of that to charge far more than the fair market rate. And their exclusions are pretty ambiguous, so it isn't even very good insurance. But what else can you do? Bottom line: The trucks may be convenient, but U-Haul is abusing their market position at your expense. Until they change their corporate culture, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Rod runs a good shop and has a great staff on hand.

Would like the option of dropping off the trailer in Sandpoint.

Rental was on Labor Day and only one counter person was working. There were so many customers that there was quite a delay. The person on duty was very professional but needed help.

dan m. on

Make sure the counter is fully staffed for the morning rush. I came in to finalize my contract only to find the counter empty. Customers continued to arrive, and eventually I went to find an employee. While I was gone she returned, I lost my place in line, and the process took well over an hour. That includes the time needed to check in the trailer, since it hadn't been checked in properly when it was returned the night before.
