We reserved a 26’ truck a week in advance and went to pick it up only to find out that it wasn’t available bc the person returning it extended their reservation for another 2 days. This was after getting a call from a Uhaul representative confirming our reservation 1hr before pickup.. So we were left hanging. Luckily, we were able to travel 35 miles out of our way to get an enclosed trailer. It turned out to be fine but we will not be using Uhaul again because they have done this to use twice now. Ridiculous.
